CLASS DESCRIPTION

 

FUNCTIONAL FITNESS: Is a combination class with using Body weight, Barbells, Dumbbells and cardio timed stations. Includes TRX, Row machines, Kickboxing bags, Assault bikes, Plyo boxes, Jump ropes and much more! Beginners to Advanced welcome.

 

 

CYCLE ‘N’ LIFT: Spinn with adding in free weights and your own body weight exercises. It’s a cardio and full body workout with fast results. Beginners and advanced are welcome.

 

SPINN: 90min class: Spinn for 45min that includes a 30min YOGA class. You are welcome to come just for the YOGA. Vinyasa style that will add flexibility, balance, and range of motion to your whole body.
