CLASS DESCRIPTION

 

FUNCTIONAL FITNESS: Is a combination class with using Body weight, Barbells, Dumbbells and cardio timed stations. Includes TRX, Row machines, Kickboxing bags, Assault bikes, Plyo boxes, Jump ropes and much more! Beginners to Advanced welcome.

 

KICKBOXING/CARDIO/CORE: This is a form of kickboxing on the bags, cardio with Row machines, Medicine balls, Assault bikes and CORE building exercises throughout the whole class! We can modify too.

 

CYCLE ‘N’ LIFT: Spinn with adding in free weights and your own body weight exercises. It’s a cardio and full body workout with fast results. Beginners and advanced are welcome.

 

SPINN/ZEN: 90min class: Spinn for 45min that includes a 30min YOGA class. You are welcome to come just for the YOGA. Vinyasa style that will add flexibility, balance, and range of motion to your whole body.

 

CORE FUSION: Challenge yourself in a full body workout and see the change. Cardio & Core exercises. We use light weights and/or body weight at a high rep to burn fat and add definition to your body.
